COFFEE CAKE
CAKE
o 1 c margarine
o 3 tsp baking powder
o 1 1/2 c sugar
o 1 tsp brackish
o 3 eggs
o 1 tsp vanilla
o 1 c milk
o 3 c flour
o 1/2 c melted margarine
FILLING
o 1 1/2 c brown sugar (may substitute 1 cup of chopped nuts for 1/2 cup brown sugar)
o 2 tsp cinnamon
ICING
o Combine a small amount of powdered sugar near water to spawn a thin stain.
o Blend margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Alternate milk with dry ingredients.
o Pour 1/2 of the batter within a greased 9x13 pan. Add 1/2 of innards and cover with remaining batter. Top near remaining filling.
o Bake contained by oven for 10-15 minutes at 300 degrees. Pour 1/2 cup melt margarine on top and bake for 45-50 minutes longer.
o Let it cool slightly and afterwards drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
