I'm having an "End of the Year" f¨ēte, do u have any idea's on what I should do (like games/food/themes/etc.)? There will be 18 relatives, 9 guys 9 girls. Any idea's?? Please help!

I am have a summer party and this is something we are doing this year.but I will share another perception with you..
You own three teams of 6.and you come up near a list of 25 or 50 items. Do a Giant scavenger hunt.you can product it easy, sturdy, or just plain silly. You know your crowd. We appendage out the list and anything they might want 2 hours prior to party time. This means of access while they are running around we are setting up and when they get support we all enjoy some good laughs. We usually own a silly prize for the team that brings put money on the most points.
The other thing is we enjoy done like a carnival, next to Sno-cones, Popcorn, Hot dogs. We have have a duck pond, hit the cones over with the softball, dart in the balloon, conceivably you can even rig some type of dunking booth.
Invite 9 chaperones.
