Food for a Pool Party at my Apartment Complex?

I want to have a "pool party" at my complex's pool. There are plenty of table, most with umbrella attached. It's mostly for family unit and not too many empire but I need philosophy for food. I don’t have close access to a grill so I would close to food that I can precook and that can sit on a table for a few hours. I was thinking I could pre-cook some burgers but I don’t know how in good health they'll do sitting out?
Thanks!

Answer:
I would do sandwiches and hold on to them in cooler. Label them similar to supermarkets do so people know what they are. Serve chips, pasta salad tossed near your favorite salad dressing like Italian, watermelon and drinks.
I would step with fried chicken it's righteous hot or cold, do a potato salad, maybe some cole slaw, deviled eggs are other a hit and you can put the plate they are on in a tub of ice--just wing it. Brownies and rice krispy bars are devout.
Unless you have a route to keep the burgers at least possible lukewarm, I don't think they are a great impression unless everyone eats them without delay.

You can always do tea rolls near deli meat, again you can put the deli meat in a dish on rime.
I found that potato skins with cheddar and bacon are other a hit. Don't take too long to prepare any or can buy already frozen.

The usual; mac salad, pasta salad, potato salad, rigitoni, vegetable tray.
potato salad
pasta salads
cold quiches
cold chicken
crusty bread nd butter
reglar salads
cheese and pineapple on cocktail sticks, stuck into oranges
hardboiled eggs
rice salad
fruit salads
Stay away from food that is traditionally eat hot, like burgers directly from a grill.
Go beside clever finger snacks, like chicken drum sticks, cold meat, fresh buns, miniature samoosas, spring rolls and lots of cheeses and cracker biscuits.
For something sweet, have some miniature milk tart handy, or any other small fresh cakes.
For starters also stay next to things that you are able to buy or fashion beforehand, like a fresh fruit salad cut surrounded by fancy strips served in far-reaching mouth glasses near a small strip of sugar on the rims...
Keep it simple and effort free.
Nothing dampens a shindig more that when the host is running about, trying to cook the burgers adjectives the time.
Burgers and dogs are always a favorite. Here's a suitable way to hold on to the warm. Buy a foil vessel that would hold all the patty and dogs you plan on serving, buy a bigger one that this one would sit inside of. Allow about 1 to 2 inches between the sides. Sit the container with the items inside of the larger one and pour hot (not too hot) sea in to the larger vessel, surrounding the smaller pan and keeping the items heat. Or buy a disposable chaffing dish at Party Card Outlet. Try a veggie tray near Ranch dressing, chicken nuggets, sub sandwich slices. For desert rent a chocolate fountain and own strawberries, pound cake squares, pineapple chunks and pretzel rods.
Instead of burgers, how about a big cold cut sandwich? You could receive a big loaf of bread, split it down the middle and make a giant sandwich beside cold cuts, cheese, lettuce, onions, and the works. Cut it into sections and viola! You've get lunch.

Make a pasta salad with Italian dressing. Try to avoid salads made near mayonnaise -- it doesn't keep very well. Serve some chips with salsa and a tray full of cut of vegetables - carrot, celery, broccoli, cucumber, radishes, grape tomatoes. Make pitchers of lemonade and iced tea.

Enjoy your party!
Precooked burgers...Sounds a bit "Greasy" to me!...Try cooked meat and Dressed Salad...an heathier option!
Easiest path is to just receive a bunch of freeze-dried picnic food and simply hurl it into the pool as lunchtime approaches. We have some freeze dried hot dogs within the back forty acres of our fridge. I could email them to you. Or nearby is always the fax contraption.
Fruit and cheese platters, antipasto platter, maybe some cold boiled shrimp? If it's hot outside, general public will enjoy the cold food, and those things can sit out for a while. I serve grilled sausages near my fruit and cheese platters, and the men seem to soak up it. Ideally, you could make sandwich up ahead of time. Cold salads are tasty, but you entail to consider that men don't prefer 'sissy food', so have some chips and dips/sandwiches for them.

Or, if it's for dinner, a Low Country Boil might be nice. Everyone loves it and it's casual--perfect for a pool carnival. You can cover all of the table w/newspaper, and dump out boiled shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. It's simple, and you'd only be cooking one key dish, so it's not terribly time consuming...Word of warning, though...start early next to the potatoes, they always approaching to cook slower than you think. The potatoes, sausage, and corn really give support to you stretch your shrimp. You really don't need more than 1/2 pound of shrimp per individual. It's very apathetic and fun, and the men really enjoy it. I significantly recommend getting wild shrimp, though, not fish farm raised if you can. They love much better for your trouble, and are usually only $1 a more a pound.
here contained by Texas for pool parties most population have a propane oven near a large pot on top. They boil the dampen and have a crayfish dinnertime with potatoes and corn on the cob. If you don't know what to be precise, I would just hold hot dogs, chips, sodas, and fruit salad. You can always grill the dogs and use a cooler. a cooler keep food hot or cold. You have to be material careful of the grill. Heat can spoil food real assured. You can also order some pizzas. and own them delivered at the time you want to get through and have snacks for munching until the pizza get there. Goldfish, tostitos near dip, pretzels and peanuts are good snacks.Pizza and beer is other good...most of the time it's nearly getting together and having fun a bit than the food..
It looks like you own a lot of well-mannered answers here.
I would just resembling to emphasize the model of keeping everything perishible on ice...Bring lots of coolers poolside... you might even sign the fronts of coolers... Beer...Soft Drinks...Salads... Meats n cheeses... etc.

Have lots of ice available and know where on earth you can quickly acquire more if needed. Also if you put the coolers on a surface other than concrete, the food will stay cool longer as the concrete will roast the bottom of the cooler.

Have a fun party! And provide vivacity preservers for the children.
If I were you I would progress with lunch meat and cheeses on a tray. You can purchase different kinds of rolls to put out. A tray of crackers, cheese, and pepperoni. Chips and dip. Watermelon. A tray of fruit and a tray of vegetables. Cold salads(coleslaw, potato, macaroni, fruit). Deviled eggs. Make up a bowl of fruit punch. Cookies, cupcakes, brownies. Chips. Soda, sea.
