I've be to lots around the island and hold be thoroughly impressed beside Atami. It is a small restaurant located on the corner of Edouard Mon-Petit and Cote des Neiges. Their rainbow roll is the best rendition of rainbow roll I enjoy ever taste, and zilch else on their test register have ever displeased me. Highly recommended. Their number is 514-735-5400.
Other option: I hear Treehouse is right but never be. Mikaido have some massively interesting specialty rolls, close to one next to parsely, grape, mayonnaise - unbelievably exquisite.

WITHOUT A DOUBT...if you are serious more or less sushi and you own the $$...Treehouse is the means of access to progress. Seriously cool ambiance, great service and truly inspired cuisine. I am an avid sushi user, and the single item I find difficult around going here is that I cannot stop myself from order other non-sushi cooked appatizer items from the menu bc they are so delish...try the New style sashimi...
