Go get a opportunity and buy a new field witha working oven. The turkey wings will be in that when yo get support.
If you're merely going to use the meat, you can slow simmer them in dampen or chicken broth to which you've added some diced carrots, onion, and celery. Use the cooked meat within any recipe. The resulting broth is also good for soups or stews, once the fleshy has congealed and be skimmed off.
Or, if you want to give up your job the wings unharmed, how about simmering them contained by barbecue sauce on top of the stove. I'd brown them and cook them slowly similar to chicken until they're almost done, then supply some barbecue sauce to them. Simmer for a little while longer until the meat absorb some of the flavor.
I haven't use a stove top for them,but I put them within a Crock Pot with seasoning on glorious for 4 hours.
If you enjoy an ELECTRIC oven (they come in many sizes form 4 qt size to 22 qt size which will hold the whole turkey) this would be the best agency or you could flour them and deep fry them surrounded by a pan of grease like chicken wing. Season after they are fried with your favorite seasoning. (Season brackish or mix your own)
all right put 2 burners on and lay you pot on it and slow cook it like as if your doing within the oven

put some broth about a cup/or a can contained by your sauce pan or skillet. put you wing in and stew down next to a lid on it. med heat for around 40 min. you may have to dampen the heat if starts to boil over. saline and pepper as you like.
