Okay I'm just going to move about with this one and in recent times go near whatever comes to mind.
Don't know if you own thrift stores in your town, but if so, they're ripe near wigs (women used to in truth wear them). I'm sure you could find enough for a few bucks to permit the kids cut and style them. Stick them in a pillow defence and run thru a wash cycle (don't conjecture it would harm the wash machine) and who cares something like the wigs.
Buy a styrofoam extension head at a beauth supply or periwig store and draw on a face and bring creative with the "hair". Some sensitive of appetizer stuck into the foam with ornate toothpicks. Maybe strawberries with a whip cream "hair mousse" to dip them within....
Of course, for the winner, a professional pedicure or manicure at a local pin salon. In my city, they are as inexpensive as $l6 for the pedi and $10 for the manicure.
Dollar stores are popping up everywhere. If you have one surrounded by your area they own one side of an aisle devoted to hair and aesthetic products. Hide some Hair Rollers stick a dollar or fast-food gift authorization in a few, others could contain a truth or dare type cross-examine or activity (age appropriate obviously and nothing humiliating)

I have see it in the Kennedy center at tiniest 5 times, and when the kids where around ten they saw it too. It is other diff and the ending is other different because the audience decides who done it! Saw it surrounded by Boston, Chicago, too.

As far as decorate...hair dryers, curling irons, curlers..etc. You could set up a fastener portion with a table and different staple polishes. For food you can always walk for cheese pizzas, veggie trays, fruit trays, pasta dishes. Just check to see if anyone is alergic to dairy!
