I'm turning 30 and wanted to own a gathering of my friends and ethnic group. Does anyone have experience throwing a entertainment somewhere here in L.A. and would recommend that venue?

The natty thing more or less LA is theres something for everybody. La has abundantly of unique spots, but I reccomend the pier at Santa Monica. It looks apt. Try the link below for concept. Also west hollywood is cool.
