Answer:
Restricting the budget to within probable bounds means (to me, anyway) keeping it close to home. That doesn't have it in mind it has to look chintzy. The unbroken point of a sweet sixteen party is to cheer the almost-adult status of your daughter, so while some folks treat it like a "marriage without a groom," you don't hold to break the bank. Unless you're planning on this entertainment being a surprise, I'd confer about it next to your daughter and find out what would make the daylight special for her. Making it seasonal can help hand over you ideas -- if it's within spring, you might be able to enjoy a barbecue, a New England-style clambake or something outdoors, for instance. You can limit the expenses by inviting one and only really close friends rather than her entire graduate class. If she likes to be pamper but you don't want to shell out for a big day at the spa for her and adjectives her friends, you can do a spa day at home -- oodles of the products used at day spas are available for purchase for home use. You could also simply enjoy a big sleepover, with an early-ish brunch the subsequent day (this assumes that within aren't boy invited to the party, openly... there's only so much fun and games you'll know how to stand in one sitting *grin*) You can also treat it as a formal dinner -- if you need, you and your main squeeze can rent costumes to look approaching proper English servants and the guests can dress up in formal-wear.

If you desire to send invitations, mitt write them yourself rather than getting them printed -- they're more personalized, and much smaller number expensive (see above tip about limiting the guest catalogue to save yourself from carpal tunnel syndrome) Also consider body favors and/or gifts for the guests to remember the event (spa day = little purse of spa products, or a little mini-photo album or picture frame)

Be sure to set down the ground rules for this, and if you do hold it at home, be sure to inform the neighbors that you're having a celebration, and plan ahead of time what you'll do if you notice improper activities going on -- transport the kid home or call the parents, for instance. Since it's your daughter's hours of daylight, make sure your presence is agreed but stay out of the way as much as possible -- she requirements to have fun beside her friends without too much parental nose about, but you want her to be undisruptive, so strike that compromise and stick to it.
look for small passage that you can take your own food within, do finger foods, and hire a local dj, or download discs to play non stop and decorate yourself
I don't know where you are located, but here you can rent a audience, that is big adequate for everything, halls are lately one big space. She will have adjectives the room for her friends and to dance as all right, and have a upright time for a great party.
Have it at home. Fix up your basement or garage approaching a ballroom. Play her favorite music. You can also serve dinner or snacks to her friends.
Here's a bit off the wall model. Have a girls-only camping trip, if you resembling the outdoors. Do a little research on the network and find some place nearby that have plenty of space and, or the facilities you might want, as capably as some scenery to explore. If it's in the neighbourhood enough you might not even bother spending the dark, this time of year if you don't feel similar to it. Just make sure you own plenty of good food and build a nice campfire, and bring the right clothes. next bring a portable boom-box and dance the hours of darkness away. or roast marshmallows. This is at least what I'd want to do. If none of this sounds close to your piece of pie please disregard this entire message;-)
economically when i turned 16 i didnt have anything big close to that so u r a cool mom. But okay lets see. Maybe you can enjoy it in your house or ask a friend who have a big backyard or garage to use it for the lil party. only just fix it up like a lil teen club near a cd player in nearby with the "up to date" music that she like and some lights and snacks and there ya step. I am pretty sure she will like it. You can also examine the tv show Sweet 16 (but make it your own b/c i know that those ppl are approaching RLY RICH) but get some philosophy from there. Hope this help :)
I live contained by a small town and you can often rent rooms from the parks and rec department for free or little cost. bring a angelic sound sytem (borrow from a friend if possible) and some CDs the kids will similar to. Lots of munchies (Doritos, popcorn, etc.) and some 2 liters of pop should be fine for food (fruit, cheese, and chocolate are good additions). A cake from the local grocery store is fine. For invitations, check out the local dollar store or have a chat to a friend with creative tendency and have them design something. A fitting party is just about inviting fun people, not the amount of money spent.
what state do you live in and what is the weather similar to email me im a special event designer and i can give you some planning.
draw from her some stupid rapper and a car

but if you want it to be really polite you would have The Rolling Stones and The Who act live and give her a 2 carat pink diamond and a latest car and bring in sure you spend at least 500,000 on the location and other presents or she will obtain really pissed off result in she is not spoiled enough.

my daughters are not getting sweet 16's when i gain married and if they do they can ask me for help near one thing motivation some of those kids are spoiled rotten and dont deserve sh!t
