she is going away to australia to study and i want to throw her agood bye party. The entry is that 1. i have never thrown a carnival befoe in my time and 2 she goes out beside people who arent my friends so i dont know how or if to invite them or who to invite. any warning??

call friends that hang down out with you and her and permit them know that you are throwing a good-bye party for them. invite the two other ppl as very well.. show that you are willing to be nice.
plan the fête with serveral people that know her and you.
have it at someones house it doesn't hold to be in disneyland or anything only make sure you own lots of food and drinks with a big sign that say "We will miss you!" if you can.. make a slide show beside pictures of her & all of your friends from former times with a nice festive song. well if that's too much later juss get a bunch of ripened pictures and make an album & present it to her at the end of the event
make sure you enjoy fun games @ the party as economically such as board games like Ouija or winter sport systems with do games like mario party.
Hire a stripper.
