Without knowing your budget or interests, i'm going to turn big. What about renting a hot tub or a pool and own a BBQ? Or you could do a spa day. This i saw on TV on one of those shows where on earth people progress in and surprise someone near a party. I don't know how economically it would work if you had to stay outside. I guess it also depends on where on earth you live and if it could rain. But the spa model would work indoors, and probably out. For the spa party what they did be they gave everyone manicures and pedicures, or perchance just one or the other, i don't remember. Might freshly need a few table with umbrellas to hold on to you in the shade while doing the manicures. They also made mocktails and fighting fit food. I think they give the girl a sticker camera, or some sort of camera.
Just a few ideas, but i hold a 15 y.o. boy, and no girls. My b'day is just after New Years and so it's other cold. I don't really remember what i did on my 16th b'day, but i'm sure it was fun and i be with upright friends. Hmmm, now that i consider about it, i come up with we went roller skating and consequently had dinner at my house, but it be boys and girls.
