Start near facials at your favorite spa, pedicures and manicures, get your makeup done, enjoy your hair done and next its dinner out at your favorite restaurant. After dinner, if there is a club for minors, hit that for a while beforehand having a great slumber event complete with offering bags for your friends, fitting movies (Johnny Depp anyone?), fun things to eat and the sweetest of dreams!

i know im younger than you but i have some philosophy. when you have a small participant you should do some thing small, but otherwise your turning 16. so you could take your close friends to jump see a movie. you could also just travel hang out at your favorite place. lately have fun. you with the sole purpose turn 16 once.
