its his 19th bday!
Answer:
make it simple, stir to the thrift store get an out-of-date picnic basket, buy some mis-matched china plates and a couple of crystal stem wine eyeglasses (only about a dollar a piece at the thrift store) and pick up a cloth tablecloth in that too. Put it all surrounded by the basket and for food, remember most men approaching meat and protein. I like to believe of it as "football" food. BBQ chicken wings, single ribs, polish sausages cooked ahead of time....chicken breasts cut into small squares wrapped within a 1/2 piece of thick sliced bacon tied together near toothpicks....drizzle cracked black pepper and BBQ sauce and bake contained by the oven (but do not overbake, they are terrible if the bacon is crispy)....transport one loaf of heavy bread, a run through and a stick of butter....and a bunch of grapes and bottle of something to drink. This way he'll cogitate you made everything just for him because nearby won't be any of the 'girly' food that he hates ---- pious luck and have a worthy time!
I resembling to keep it simple beside minimal preparation. I usually go for an assortment of olives, black, green, kalamata, and anything else suits your fancy. I also pack several nice sliced deli meats such as salami, turkey, ham, pastrami, prosciutto, and such. Then you involve to find some cheeses to go near all that, I usually budge for one or two hard cheeses next a nice soft cheese. Don't forget the crackers and baguette and a nice bottle of wine or other sparkly beverage.
variety a good cake, macaroni and cheese, pulp potatoes, baked potatoes with brocili and cheese, and sub sandwitches.
My husband and I love to go for private picnics at the shore. We keep the food simple, pate, cheeses, sliced baguette, pickled beets and a biddable bottle of wine. Only one plate is needed, we share, two glasses and a blanket.
easy! lug one roast chicken and pull it apart, a nice salad, stir to a deli and get humous, baba gounash, smoked salmon dip. Some bagel chips, freshly baked turkish bread and hold some nice fruit like stawberries for desset (if you want to be flash skewer some fruit its even easier to eat) oh and as you would expect you need some bubbles. buy a small packet of raining wipes and ter darh mess free picnic!
