Eggplant, celery, etc... all the pretty veggies. Also, it's tumble... I'd put some nice looking squash and gourds out for decoration.
simple veggies are good, newly as long as they are fresh. make sure they are presented nice. you can put salad dressings surrounded by hollowed out bell peppers or a similar veg. and if you want to walk the extra mile, make your own dip it make it ten times better
