We won't be many, a dozen to be bountiful, we are all within our early/middle 30s, most of them waiting only for the booze and adjectives of us just wanting to own fun.
All we ask is good music and drinks! And perchance also a little food! Any suggestions?

Imperial China, a restaurant on Lisle Street contained by Chinatown, they have spread rooms upstairs with karaoke! You can reserve one of those, drink cheap wine, put away chinese and sing the Titanic theme similar to your ship is going down. Or whatever else you fancy.
Or be in motion bowling, either at Bloomsbury Bowling, (cool) or Allstar Bowling Lanes (sophisticated).
