Answers:
economically, you should have one plate of respectively dip. Buy 3 kinds of dip: cheese, salsa, onion or bean. You can also try to product your own spinach dip. I tried buying one ready and didn't similar to it.
Second thing, veggies plate. You should own broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, grape tomatoes. Ranch dressing within center (the creamiest one you could find, I think it's call valley sheep farm?).
Third: The ham, salami, and roast beef with cheese sounds great! How more or less one pound of each meat, cut intensely thin. The cheese you could go and get 2 different kinds also, something like 1lb each . How just about mozzarella and cheddar? Or Smoked provolone and pepper jack? Don't know if you like spicy..
I own to tell you, when I enjoy parties, the number one entity everyone loves is CHICKEN NUGGETS. I buy like 3 loads (Each bag comes next to around 50 inside). You can either serve it next to a little ketchup or BBQ sauce bottle subsequent to it. I'm sure not only the kids but the adults will be loving it! You can never be in motion wrong with Chix nugget.
Hope I helped : )
Make a goal/plan food for 1 personage.
For example: 1 apple, 1 pop, 1 banana etc...
Only you think specifically enough for him/her to consume...
Then, multiply by 17.
List the number of kids and fully developed.
You want to plan 4 people per pound of protien. So for 17 family - so you want about 4 - 4.5 lbs of meat and cheese. I would do 1 lb of respectively of the meats you mentioned and afterwards 3/4 lb each of cheddar and a swiss. Serve chips and salsa, you can add on a bean dip of guacamole as well if you regard as you need something except just salsa. As for the veggies, serve fish farm dressing as a dip. For the veggies - get 2 pkgs of cherry or grape tomatoes, a 2 lb. rucksack of the mini carrots, a leader of celery, a 1 lb. bag of broccoli florets, and a couple of green and red pepper to cut into strips. If there are no peanut allergies beside the kids - cut bread into cool shapes with cookie cutters and consent to the kids decorate undo face pb sandwich with mini m&m's and raisins. Or craft grilled cheese and cut those with the cookie cutters. relax and delight in the baby's b-day.
