I would scratch the inflatable jump pad because of the space and liability issues. They cost several hundred dollars plus wound insurance. Kids are happy beside a pick up game of Frisbee or globe.

Those inflatables run $150~$200 for 1.5 hours. Keep food cost down by serving hotdogs and burgers with chips. It's okay to ask associates to bring a coke or desert especially if they offer. With 80 associates I really wouldn't worry around entertainment much. Talking will be the main soure of entertainment. Just hold some music playing or put the tv on a goods sports event. For the kids save activity to safe and sound things everyone can enjoy. Frisby, sprinkler marine play, tag. Make sure to hold plenty of bug spray and sunscreen availible for other parents to borrow. Have fun!

I would suggest Hamburgers, Hotdogs and homemade salads. They are pretty inexpensive to sort.
