You need to find a location first. It will probably own to be on private property (aka, someone's back yard). Make sure it's ok beside them first!! :)
Buy a large kiddie pool from Wal-Mart.
Once you hold your location and pool ready, start media hype. Spread the word, tell your friends, the more the merrier. Also, contract out a friend or two to get together music, food, drinks, anything else you need to create a fun get-together environment.
When it comes time to make the jello, it could bring a little tricky. For respectively 3-oz package, you're supposed to mix 1 cup boiling river with the gelatin and stir for AT LEAST 2 minutes. Then you stir contained by 1 cup cold water. And later you refrigerate for 4 hours until firm. That's not going to make NEARLY adequate jello though.
You're going to want to stay as close to those directions and proportions as you can! You wouldn't want it to come out all runny and slimey and yucky. You want it to be like JellO, jiggly, and fun!
I regard it'd be best if you made like 5 packet at a time. You could use a large sauce vessel or stock pot to boil the water. And later whatever bowl or dish you can to put it contained by the fridge to let it sit. You'll probably requirement to make a bunch of batch. Start recruiting close friends to fashion some too. Have everyone bring one bowl of JellO or something.
If you just crawl up the pool with wet and then dump contained by the packets, it won't set. It won't turn to jello. It will only be a yucky slimey mess.
