My birthday party is going to be surrounded by about two weeks or so, and the area is going to be the color green, hence the name "Green Fifteen." I'm looking for a few design: green foods for a buffet table, creative decorations, and maybe some creative things to put within a little bequest bag. Share any design you have. FYI, it's going to be a co-ed shindig.

Allow adequate time before the get-together for the sherbert to melt. This creates a yummy, frothy punch that everyone will love.

o 4 cups small broccoli florets (about 1-1/2 pounds)
o 1-1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halve
o 1 cup chopped celery
o 1 cup raisins
o 1/4 cup salted sunflower seed kernel
o 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
o 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
o 3 tbsp sugar
o 1 tbsp white vinegar
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients surrounded by a large bowl.
2. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring beside a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, and toss well. Chill for 1 hour. Yield: 9 servings (serving size: in the order of 1 cup).
