I free weak tin can from soups and juice and pour the grease into those. When the can are full (or stink), i throw them surrounded by the rubbish. Grease down the sink will result in clogging - if you MUST pour grease down the sink, use the hottest hose you can and pour the grease slowly beside the hot dampen, supply Dawn detergent (must be Dawn - it have some special grease-dissolving agent surrounded by it) and make a payment more hot hose down. Several plumbers I've hired over the years hold adjectives strongly recommended Dawn for hand-washed dishes because it does lend a hand prevent grease clogs. They also strongly recommend against pouring any helpful of grease down the sink.

Never pour grease of any big-hearted down your sink. Pipes can not help yourself to that stuff ably. Grease will build up over time. Use an forsaken coffee can or a chalice jar. Never pour grease outside any, it attracts animals of adjectives kind.
I dont recommand pouring down the sink. Get out-of-date grease containers or anything and pour it within them.

put a bounce material dryer sheet surrounded by the container to soak it will soak adjectives the stuff and degrease the jar.
