I am wanting to make a bunch of burgers for friends coming over for Memorial Day weekend. I want the burgers to be really appetizing. In the past I other put ground up crackers, eggs, and a little onion within them and then formed up the hamburger patty. I just considered necessary some more suggestions. I have used oats beforehand also and they seemed to work ok. Thanks,

We made adjectives of these in a cooking class I took. My favorite be the Asian burger, but my kids loved the fajita burgers. They were adjectives good.
Basic Burgers
In bowl, belt 1 egg with fork; mix surrounded by 1/4 cup (50 ml) dry bread crumbs. 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt, l/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper and Add-Ins. Mix contained by 1 lb (500 g) medium ground beef.
Shape into four 1/2 inch (1 cm) gelatinous patties. Place on greased grill over medium-high grill; close lid and cook, turning once, for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside. (or fry contained by fry pan) Add Toppers. Place each contained by bun. Makes 4 servings.
Fajita Burgers:
ADD-INS: 1 sweet red pepper, diced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice, 1 tsp (5 ml) chili powder.
TOPPERS: salsa and 1 avocado, sliced
French Onion Burgers:
ADD-INS: 1 onion grated, 1 TBSP (15ml) respectively wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
TOPPERS: Swiss cheese slice added to each for ultimate minute of cooking and grilled thick slices Spanish onion.
Hot Asian Burgers
ADD-INS: 1 tbsp (15 ml) respectively soy sauce and rice or wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp (7 ml) ground ginger, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp (5 ml) hot pepper sauce.
TOPPERS: 2 green onions chopped.
Cheddar Burgers
ADD-INS: 1 cup (250 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 green apple, grated
TOPPERS: Dijonnaise sauce and alfalfa sprouts
Mediterranean Burgers
ADD-INS: 2 tbsp (25 ml) each pesto and chopped black olives
TOPPERS: sliced tomatoes
Perfect Patties
Why settle for plain elderly hamburger buns when you can choose from the array available? Look for buns such as onion, cheese, olive, sesame, poppy seed, in one piece wheat, herb or large kaisers. Toast buns during the finishing few minutes of grilling. Since fat drains stale while burgers are grilling, use medium ground beef for more tender, flavourful hamburgers. Patties made with lean ground beef tend to lose moisture during cooking and become dry. Juicy burgers want only lenient shaping when being formed. Overmixing and too much pressing and pat make tough, dry hamburgers.
Turn burgers just once. Don't press or flatten with spatula during cooking because this forces out juice. Cook burgers until no longer pink inside. Cut into them and if still pink, return them to the grill.

Try using Lipton's Onion Soup mix, bread crumbs and a couple tablespoons of tomato paste---yum!
try some worceshire and bermuda onion contained by the mix top with pickle and tomato. place burgers on kaiser rolls own brown mustard and miracle whip available

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon brackish
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
6 slices bacon
6 hamburger buns, split
DIRECTIONS
Preheat a grill for high boil.
In a large bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brackish and pepper. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by foot. Form into 6 patties, and wrap a slice of bacon around respectively one. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
Place patty on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Remove toothpicks beforehand serving on hamburger buns.
Makes 6 - but can be multiplied
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1 package dry lipton beefy onion soup mix
1 tablespoon hose down
2 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's (or your favorite) Barbecue Sauce
Mix all ingredients together, form and cook patty. They come out really really moist and flavorful.
