My mother come to my house today and she looked around my kitchen. Then she left.
I am not long separated 4 months now, I hold custody of the kids. We are going through a divorce.
I really do not have that much experiance to be in motion grocery shopping. I get what I necessitate and leave. I also do not enjoy the experiance to really cook a lot of things. So I tend to buy what I know how to cook.
Any ways to the point, My mother go and bought me groceries, looks like $200 dollars worth. 30 lbs of chicken, 20 lbs of ground round, 12 can of every kind of vegetable, boxes of cerial, boxes of dried potatoes mac and cheese noodles, purely all kind of things.
I separated the chicken into nightly portions of dinner, same with the ground meat.
Any concept on how to cook chicken differently every night?

a couple other design are bake the chicken, next it will be ready to use for chicken salad, or to cut up and put into a lettuce salad, or arranged for sandwiches. you can cut some up into strips or indisputable small pieces and sautee/fry in alittle grease with a box of taco seasoning mix (like ortega), maybe alittle bit of sea, simmer, and put into taco shells w/shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes or onions if you like too. if your inherited likes sweet potatoes you can scorch the chicken in a roasting or baking jar with store or meat flea market type chicken gravy, peeled carrot and peeled and cut up sweet potatoes. you can boil chicken and top with ham, spinach and swiss cheese when the chicken is cooked thru. or you could incorporate bacon and provolone instead. i dont know if it is whole or cut up...bone surrounded by or out. and ground beef...you can make beef tacos alike way simply about. fry ground beef w/onions, supply package of taco seasoning mix, later put into taco shell w/tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese. i think this is adequate for now. well-mannered luck!

Wow that's seriously of meat! Here is one easy chicken model, it is great! Place chicken in a baking dish, supply one bottle of Italian dressing and bake for an hour and a partly at 350. MMMM easy and swallow great with any side dish.
Why do our parents do that to us?!?! Most of that meat have to be frozen immediately or it will rot past you can ever possibly eat it.

Search "recipe & ground beef" on google and you will find a few million recipes. "Recipes & chicken" will capture you just almost as plentiful hits on google. However ...

It's very accurate, but it's a pain within the butt. There's no reason you simply cannot burn a chicken breast, throw a slice of swiss cheese on it immediately after taking it from the oven, and include a slice of deli ham at the same time. Wait five minutes and serve. It is deilcious.

Try to make food specifically fun to eat. Pita bread pizzas can be fine and are always popular.( a accurate way of getting kids to guzzle veggies) And even though balanced meal are good, it isn't the completion of the world if they eat rubbish foods occasionally. If your children are behind the times enough, they can offer you a hand within the kitchen. They are more likely to munch through something if they cooked it.
And relax. I am sure you will do well. Your mother have already shown that she is a great support. And I am sure she will help you near meal philosophy any time.

For each full-size frying pan full of chicken pieces, soften 2/3 stick of butter and add 2 tablespoons of lemon liquid. Put chicken pieces in, saline lightly, cover and simmer over low steam, turning occasionally for about 25 minutes or until done.
If solution runs out, don't add more lemon liquid. Add a little sea from time to time. Make gravy by skimming off the oil and thickening next to flour paste.
This is especially flawless for someone on a low salt diet, because it's a undercooked way to engineer delicious chicken gravy lacking any added salt at adjectives.
