What's the best sauce 2 use b4 u put them in the oven?

Answer:
No sauce earlier putting in the oven.
Rub UNDER the skin of a complete chicken with a mixture of valid butter, minced garlic, salt and a pinch of poultry seasoning. Massage skin next to salt, pepper and a tiny bit of grease. Rub inside cavity with brackish, pepper, no oil, afterwards stuff with 1/2 onion, unpeeled, 2-3 cut celery stalks, 2 cloves mash but unpeeled garlic, 1 dry bay palm leaf.
Bake in roasting vessel on bed of sliced onion and celery or on baking rack for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350 until juices run clear and thighs are unproblematic to move.
You should baste at least twice during roasting. Let rest at smallest 10-15 min, while deglazing pan juice with a dry white wine or unsweetened white grape liquid with a tear of vinegar or lemon for acidity.
Drain chicken drippings put money on into sauce and reduce by 1/2, affix 1/3 cup cream, bring to simmer, finish with 1 pat butter.
Slice or cut chicken into serving peices.... serve drizzling jar sauce over chicken. A nice addition is caper at the end.

INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive grease
1 lemon
1/4 cup butter
3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degree C).
Place the olive oil surrounded by an 8x8 glass baking dish. Place the chicken breasts within the dish, coating each side next to oil. Squeeze the liquid of 1/2 lemon over all. Slice the rest of the lemon and place a lemon slice higher than each chicken piece. Bake contained by the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
In a large skillet, unfreeze the 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Add the sliced mushrooms. Saute until the mushrooms are brown and have exuded their juice, about 6 minutes. I season the meat good, mix a can of chicken broth and a bag of brown gravy together and pour it in on the sides until that time I bake it, cover it next to foil...my kids tear it up =)
Try to marinade for 12 hours in yoghurt and sour sauce, some ginger and sweet curry. Add brackish before placing it within the oven. Yummy!

try this..
simple recipe.. run chicken. add saline to taste. and put within oven. as it's cooking, baste with a well-mannered whiskey (this makes the skin crispy) save on basting as needed.. once it's a deep golden brown color... baste next to a product called piri-piri.. it's a spicy portuguese sauce...(marvelous) and cook a while longer...

serve with rice and olives and you are apt to go.
Ok this is great in oven 350 or BBQ lift olive oil and put on the chicken and afterwards garlic salt rub adjectives over take a can of beer (12oz) and pour out going on for 1/4 of it insert into the bottom of bird so it is standing on the beer can put in a pie tin put partially an onion on the top so the steam from the beer stays in the bird. Cook to 180 surrounded by breast.
