Does anyone have a flawless easy recipie for southern style steak, using cube steak. I dont want to hold to fry it.

Cube Steaks
INGREDIENTS
4 (4 ounce) cube steaks
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to penchant
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degree F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Season the steaks on both sides near Cajun seasoning and black pepper. Place the steaks into the prepared baking dish. Pour the lemon-lime beverage over them. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix, and pour over the steaks.
Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or until meat reach desired doneness. Do not open the oven door during the first hour of cooking. Serve steaks beside gravy spooned over.
Okay I made this the other night for dinner and it come out GREAT it just take a long time to cook. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of cream of chicken soup 2 beef bouillon cubes and 2 tblsp of worstershire sauce and 1 onion sliced thin and more or less 3/4 to 1 can of milk using one of the soup cans lately thin it to your bite so add everything to the skillet except the meat and mix all right till you get the bulk you like consequently add 4 pieces of chuck steak to it and cook in the region of 1 1/2 hours it comes out GREAT just spawn sure you kepp it low and you stir it every once in a while it make allot of gracy which taste moral so I made mashed poatos near it and my family LOVED it

2 teaspoons McCormick(R) Gourmet Collection(R) Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick(R) Gourmet Collection(R) Black Pepper, Coarse Grind
1 teaspoon saline
1 package (6 ounces) fresh tot spinach
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut flank steak almost surrounded by half horizontally in need cutting adjectives the way through. Open steak to form a rectangle.
2. Mix basil, garlic, pepper and brackish. Reserve 1 teaspoon for sauce. Place 1 tablespoon seasoning mixture, spinach, pine nuts, Parmesan, bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons olive oil contained by food processor. Pulse to make a coarse mixture. Spread over steak. Roll steak into a log shape; tie near string in several places to close safe and sound. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive grease in significant skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef roll; cook on adjectives sides until browned. Transfer beef roll to 11x8-inch baking pan; cover. Bake 1 hour.
4. Warm skillet on milieu heat. Pour wine into skillet, scrape bottom of pan to loosen any bits of flavor. Add 1 tablespoon olive grease, reserved 1 teaspoon seasoning mixture and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes. Set aside.
5. Remove beef roll from oven; cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes. Add tomatoes to skillet; cook 10 minutes on prevailing conditions heat. Cut beef roll into 1/2-inch gooey slices. Serve with tomato sauce.
