Whenever I broil something beneath the broiler, it ends up creating an oven jam-packed near smoke-sometimes I hold to shut down the smoke alarms. It make little difference of what I am cooking, other like peas in a pod results. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I enjoy alike problem ... LOL ... I enjoy to break open window so the smoke alarm doesn't progress rotten. My oven is spotless so it's not built-up grease! I expect it does smoke much smaller amount when I hold on to the broiler tub farther away from the heat component (in my overnight case untaught gas).

smoke is an indecation that thear is somthing wrong try moving your food farther away and leving the broiler dore approachable so that thear is no smoldering also try putting a sauce (BBQ or other even a bit of oil) on your food to slow the extirnal charing
the process of broiling will create smoke, move the food down to the subsequent even within the oven and cook slower, it smokes because you are burning the surface,it will cook and nibble one and the same if you do it further away and slower,also trim much of the obese away.solid is most of the smoke
