I have bought some yeast for baking breads which is within plet form can anyone tell me how to use it/?

By pelet i assume that you are refering to the small fresh yeast cake? If its fresh yeast, and utter you are baking bread, pour the wet into a mixing bowl and tag on the yeast. Mix until disolved. consequently attach the flour THEN the brackish. If you supply the brackish to the yeast and hose it will exterminate the yeast. Fresh yeast doesn't have need of to be "bloomed" or "activated" so dont attach sugar directly to the yeast.
