is home made soup fattening , i make mine beside veg. & chicken legs ?

Really yummy chicken soup
1. Cut up the chicken into small tiny pieces
2. in a crock pot, heat up some olive grease
3. Add about partly of a small onion (diced/chopped), 1 tablespoon of ginger and 1 clove of garlic
4. Add the chicken (wash really well before) and cook for more or less 10 minutes in large heat, stirring after every 1 minute.
5. Add a can of tomato fasten or a can of salsa
6. Add some veggies to your taste
7. Cook for 10 more minutes
8. Add water/chicken broth
9. Add brackish and peper
10. Boil for 10 minutes or to desired thickness
11. Serve near some low fat cheese on top

I simply use the chicken breast
leaner, only one ligament, no fat, no skin
Skin the chicken legs first, or choose a leaner piece of chicken. Or, you can refrigerate the soup and bring the fat stale the top. Regardless, your soup is healthy.
I don't deem it would be too fattening. I use a whole chicken when I receive my homemade soup. I put it in the refrig. and agree to it cool before I cook it. The podgy rises to the top and hardens. I usually serving spoon as much of it off as I can formerly I eat the soup so it is smaller quantity calories. Good luck!
If u remove the skin then brown the chicken near some onions you will have a low-fat but great taste soup! I always brown the meat for any soup I build
