okay if you own a rice cooker that have a steamer on top you only throw contained by some rice beside the wet, some frozen veggies surrounded by the steamer, you can even chop up some chicken and throw it right contained by the steamer member, permit it cook till its done (sorry I don't know time, but you can tell) dump the stuff from the steamer into the rice, stir and serve.

Chicken, Potatoes and Veggies

Ingredients:
1-2 lb boneless chicken breast
seasoned bread crumbs or "shake & bake"
Garlic
2 potatoes- wash, cut and peel
butter
milk

In a hulking bowl, supply 1 cup dampen and 2 eggs. Mix very well.
