Cheesecake interrogate?

If you're baking a cheesecake in a regular vessel (not springform) do you need to cover it or not?

Answer:
No I've never covered a cheesecake and mine hold turned out ok
i not sure i hold heard that you can. but i am not totally sure. try checking a cheesecake website.
hope i help
I don't reckon that you would have to unless the recipe call for it. Line your pan next to alminum foil so the cake will lift right out.
You should be fine you may want to lower the temp. just for a time so it won't crack in the middle. Other than that the spring-form tub just make it easier to get out. Don't cover you run the risk of it sticking or sweating.
no, you should not need a cover.
no, i would suggest to line the container with foil so it's undemanding to take out of the tub
