If you can my wife sure doesn't know how! She tried doing that and short-circuited the microwave and we have to buy a unusual one! We titter something like it presently - that be just about 4 years ago.

Let me expound on what happen. She put the egg surrounded by a microsave bowl beside marine and placed within the microwave for (I think) 3 minutes and consent to 'er rip.
Not long into our little experiment started we saw a sparks coming past its sell-by date the egg and the insides of the microwave and it be approaching Frankenstein have come alive and later it emit abundantly spark nouns basically close to any electronic equipment that suddenly go on the blink. Then it never worked again and it go to microwave glory. The egg did NOT explode. Nor did I return with my boiled egg :(

yes, put it into a microwave risk-free bowl and put boiling sea contained by it the bowl, its call a boiled egg a moment ago similar to doing it on the stove but contained by the microwave. .. .i cogitate. . . .i own never tried it
i don't reckon it is the best hypothesis because if you do it will explode within the microwave. Besides i don't suppose "nuked eggs" appetite that biddable!

but you can cook an egg within it's shell over an unseal fire by piercing a stick adjectives the passageway through it.
You cook it similar to a hot dog - but it take closely longer.
i wouldn't but you can cook it within boiling hose. Maybe you could do it within the microwave within a bowl of hose it's worth a try.

I own hear you can poke a hole contained by one appendage and set it adjectives. That is supposed to relieve the pressure.

No and I will explain to you why...
I boiled an egg contained by dampen as typical on the hob but forgot something like it and it go cold.. the hose be taking far too long to boil again, so I settled to shove it within the micro. I thought that a moment ago 30 secs would be ok, and it did give the impression of being to be ok, but as soon as I open the microwave, the damn egg exploded beside a shot and covered my kitchen surrounded by smelly egg! This be a few months ago and I still find bits of it from time to time!

You can. Just pierce a hole within the shell and set it next to the hole up. The egg comes out really rubbery no issue how long or short you cook it though.
