It reall depends on my mood. If I am practicing mindfulness while I am cooking (being present to respectively action, individual aware of my senses, not rushing around) I will listen to classical music, or nothing at adjectives.
On the other hand, if I within a hurry or being more down to business when I cook later I am more likely to listen to some classic rock, some women rockers, or even some folk.
Sometimes it's the silence of my house or the nouns of my cat meowing.
Depends who I'm cooking for. Regular every-day cooking for the hubby & me, I listen to my favorite classic rock radio station.
Cooking for guests or a party I approaching salsa/latin music.
Oh, but to cook breakfast I always sing kids songs and nursery rhymes to the newborn.
Music while you cook? Oh that would be so nice, I get to listen to 3 kids, running through my kitchen usually combat while I cook. Lucky, Lucky people you are.
