Can we own an explanation to what these things are? Never heard of hubbly bubbly (hookah) or Shisha. Is it drugs? we hold legal " Bong " shops adjectives around, so maybe google them, or look surrounded by the yellow page and ring or write to them to find where you could purchase these things from.
Not sure more or less hookah sorry.
But I live in brisbane and enjoy had friends buy shisha several times surrounded by shops on the Gold Coast. I don't think its undemocratic but its a little underground and sometimes the stores own to order it contained by for you.
I know I haven't helped beside WHERE to buy it, but at least you know you can!
