I cook really very well especially if I enjoy outstandingly little time to cook. If I enjoy a week to prepare my menu, my shopping detail, etc etc.. my food is not that great. I tend to expect much more of myself when I hold loads of time and try really complicated stuff. My spur of the moment throw together dishes... how I yearning I could other cook that style. Husband cooks and get it right every time, but take an eternity to draw from his ingredients together.
Depends on the dish. My wife other make me do steak because I cook it better (marinate the hell out of it and walk medium-well; you can cut it beside a fork). She does better beside poultry.
