What can I make out of excess goulash?

Answers:
I always use rice to absorbe subjective food and liquids surrounded by a cassarole dish with ritz cracker crumbled topping and cheese. yum.

Chilli-Mac
you could verbs some green peppers, stuff it near the goulash and stick it in the oven... when the pepper are soft, it's done (since the filling is already cooked) - its great for stuffed pepper
leave it alone tast better nxt daytime or 2
Just throw some cheddar cheese on it, zap it in the microwave, top w/ some tabasco and devour w/ garlic bread.
If you did not put the noodles in it (which you should NOT have) later you can try putting it in a pie crust, maybe with some pepper jack or mont jack cheese, and afterwards a top crust as well.

Phyllo dough make a very nice crust too.

ALSO, you could consider turning it into a veggie soup by totalling beef broth and your fav veggies. :P
Open-faced burgers (with or without the hamburger patties) or goulash soup...Yummy
