Answer:
This is really low fat and I name it the triple threat smoothie.

INGREDIENTS
1 kiwi, sliced
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup rime cubes
1/2 cup orange liquid
1 (8 ounce) container peach yogurt
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend the kiwi, banana, blueberries, strawberries, ice, red juice, and yogurt until smooth.
for a nice heaping one serving.

1 cup of plump free plain yogurt.
1 banana (i freeze it beforehand, but you dont have to)
A handful of frozen strawberries
A handful of blackberries (frozen)
2 handfuls of frozen mango.

and blend.
no want for ice or sugar, but you can join it anyways to make it more frozen approaching or more sweet
Pineapple Kiwi Smoothie

Serves 2
4 Tablespoon river
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1-1/2 Tablespoon honey
1 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut within half
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/3 cup grated coconut
1/2 mango (three slices)
2 rime cubes

Blend all ingredients at low speed until glutinous and smooth.
Vanilla and Banana Smoothie

2 bananas, broken into chunks
1 cup vanilla rime cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh orange liquid
1 cup milk

Put banana and vanilla ice cream into a blender. Pour surrounded by vanilla extract, orange liquid, and milk. Puree until thick and smooth.
Try making a Peach and Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe peaches or nectarines, pitted and chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 banana, preferably frozen
1 cup low fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt

Place ingredients surrounded by a blender and blend until smooth. Thin with some calcium-fortified red juice if desired.
Makes 4 servings
silken tofu, fruit, ice, and a splash of fresh squeezed liquid
Low lubricant (or non fat) peach yogurt, frozen strawberries, banana, and apple juice adjectives blended up. Yummy!
Low-Fat Berry Good Smoothie:

2 servings

1 1/2 cups low-fat plain kefir ((yogurt drink) *I use raspberry kefir)
1/2 cup grape liquid
2 tablespoons honey
1 banana
7/8 cup frozen blackberries
7/8 cup frozen strawberries
7/8 cup frozen raspberries

1. Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana within a blender.
2. Add the berries and blend until smooth.
3. Strain or put through sieve {note: I don't strain}.
4. I eliminate the blackberries
