2 Jars spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
1 can of tomato attach
Brown the hamburger meat (can subsitute turkey/chicken or vegetarian simply leave out meat adjectives together)
put it all surrounded by a crock pot and let it lately cook away

Grilled rib eye steak near sauteed portabello mushrooms (just cook the 'shrooms with olive grease for a few seconds on soaring, deglaze the pan beside teriaki sauce). Add a baked potato and a salad and I'm good to walk!

Braised Lamb Shanks.
Brown seasoned lamb shanks (1 per person ) contained by a little grease on all sides and place within a casserole dish.
Soften some slice onion in the jar and deglaze, to get adjectives of the flavour from the meat and pour over meat.
Add enough stock or hose to cover and put into a 200% oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 150% and cook for more or less an hour.
Let the meat rest in a heat place and thicken up the juices beside some flour, dried mint and add any more S&P to fancy.
Serve with mash potatoes and minted peas,and pour over gravy.
