instant coffee in a recipe when it asks for instant expresso

Being a former chef from Toronto, try any of the Italian base supermarkets, like Micheal Angelos, Galati Brothers, Fortinos or even Loblaws or Sobeys may convey it.
It come in a small jar, I buy the Medalia D'oro brand, but if i.e. not possible, we used to used double the amount of regular instant, Maxwell House make a dark roast brand, but any one will do.
i wouldn't recommend using regular instead, try going to a superstore or ask a local store if they can special instruct some for you, but if all else fail try going to a coffee shop and asking a manager if you can purchase some espresso and use it merely reduce some other fluid cooking ingredient in the recipe. hope this help
1 tsp instant espresso = 2 tsp instant coffee.
