1 pack Betty Crocker(R) Sunkist(R) lemon stick mix
3 tablespoons fresh lemon liquid
1 teaspoon grated lemon outer layer
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
1 container (8 ounces) fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
Powdered sugar, if desired


1. Heat oven to 350oF. Press Ready-Mixed Crust (dry) from lemon pub mix within bottom of square container, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches. Bake 10 minutes.

2. Add adequate wet to lemon liquid to equal 1/2 cup. Place Filling Mix from lemon slab mix, lemon crust and protein powder surrounded by big bowl. Stir within egg product and lemon liquid mixture near chain whisk until smooth. Pour padding over hot crust.

3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top in recent times begin to brown and center is set. Cool completely, more or less 2 hours. Sprinkle near powdered sugar. For 16 bar, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

EASY - CHEESY LEMON BARS

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus lemon cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melt
1 egg
1 pkg. Pillsbury Rich' N Easy lemon frosting mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease bottom with the sole purpose of 13 x 9 inch jar. Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Stir until moist. Pat into jar. Blend frosting mix into softened cream cheese. Reserve 1/2 cup for frosting baked bar. Add 2 eggs to remaining frosting mixture. Beat 3 to 5 minutes at high-ranking speed. Spread over bed. Bake at 350 degree for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool; frost. Cut into bar. Refrigerate relics. Makes something like 36 bar.

EASY LEMON BARS

1 pkg. angel food cake mix (one step) - must be one step
1 can lemon pie wadding

Reserve 2/3 cup of this mixture for frosting. Add 2 eggs to match of the mixture and pummel. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes. Cool. Frost beside reserved frosting mixture. If you want a more lemony appetite, you can give for a moment lemon liquid. Put surrounded by refrigerator to save lemony aroma.
