Our Family's Favorite Lamb Preparation Method.
This unfinished seasoning is loved by adjectives our people and guests, and guarantees NO LEFTOVERS.
BASIC LAMB SEASONING:
Rosemary
Thyme
Oregano
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
FRESH -rosemary- and -thyme- are recommended.
First, rub the lamb meat (leg-of-lamb, rack-of-lamb, lamb chops, etc.) near the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Then rub the rosemary into the meat.
Rub within afterwards the thyme.
Then put on a handsome amount of brackish and ground black pepper.
Allow to marinade/cure for 2-3 hours.
Roast lamb as per your usual method.
DON'T FORGET THE -MINT SAUCE-(available at the supermart) to serve near the lamb.
