Hashed Brown Casserole?

I'm making breakfast foods for dinner tonight. I was wondering if anyone have a simple recipe for a hash brown casserole. My best friend's mom makes it next to egg and its really good. Thanks!

SOUTHWESTERN HASHBROWNS WITH EGGS
1 box (24 oz.) Ore-Ida(R) Southern Style Hash Browns Frozen
- 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 teaspoon crushed oregano
- 1 medium red bell pepper cut into six rings and seed
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter melted (optional)
Combine potatoes, cheese, and seasonings within 13” X 9” X 2” baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange pepper rings over top of potato mixture. Crack one egg into respectively pepper ring, brush eggs with melt butter. Bake at 400oF for 20 minutes or until egg whites are set and potatoes are tender.


BACON POTATO BAKE
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups frozen Ore-Ida(R) Potatoes O'Brien
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon brackish
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jar crumbled bacon
Melt butter in a microwave nontoxic pie dish; add potatoes and microwave 10 minutes.
Stir together eggs and subsequent four ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake in a 350 scope oven for 20 minutes or until eggs have set. Remove from oven and sprinkle beside Cheddar cheese and bacon. Serve immediately.

1 can cream of chicken soup -- condensed
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded

2 cps Cornflakes -- crushed
1/4 cup margarine -- melted

COMBINE subsequent 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. PUT adjectives in a 3 quart
casserole. SAUTE cornflakes contained by butter and sprinkle on top. COVER and BAKE at
350 degrees for almost 40 minutes.
Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) bag ground pork breakfast sausage
12 eggs
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS

6 tablespoons parmesan cheese

2. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
3. Bake uncovered contained by a 350 for one hour or until golden and hot through.
4. NB If the Parmesan starts to brown too soon lightly cover next to a piece of foil (do not seal).
