The Farm House Restaurant in Newark, CA had a minestrone soup, does anyone know the recipe?


It be copious years ago that they go out of business but the soup be sooooo suitable that family would enjoy passed the recipe around..

So I thought I would toss the request for information out.

Procedure

1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato mash
1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
1 quart chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon brackish
1/2 cup elbow macaroni
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
