a little help please?


i am cooking roast beef tonight for my annaversary but its my first time. i dont enjoy several vegies merely potatoes pumpkin and carot any concept what i should put near it? im really stuck here. and any cooking tips too?

Cut up your potatoes and carrot, sprinkle the roast next to garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Add your veggies that you cut up. Add plenty hose down to walk almost 1/2 style up the side of the roast, cook at 350 for just about an hour to an hour and a partly.

EASY ROAST BEEF
1 1/2-2 lbs of chuck roast
1 packet of Lipton dried onion soup mix
2 potatoes, chopped and peel if you need
2 carrot, chopped and peel if you longing
1 celery, chopped
1 tsp fresh or dried herb close to oregano, basil, cumin.
1 creek palm leaf, recommended
3 tsp corn starch

In the crock pot incorporate the onion soup mix, corn starch (or 5 tsp flour), the herb and 2 can of wet.
Mix until dissolved. Add the meat, the veggies and mix.
Add additonal wet til its scarcely covering the veggies.

Turn on crock pot on med/low at 8 am, by 6 pm its done.
