The "Applebee's House Sirloin" is the best steak that I hold ever taste from a restaurant. Does anybody know how they cook it? (seasonings, marinades, time, etc.)
I be hoping somebody who works here (or know somebody who does) could backing me out.
Thanks!

EWWWWWWWW I used to work in attendance and it is so horrible and frozen. EWWWWWWWWWWWWW.
Anyways, you asked for it:
Steak: Center Cut Sirloin
Fry Seasoning: 2 parts black pepper, 1 portion saline 1 cog garlic powder. Shake that on.
Grill seasoning: Use Montreal Steak Seasoning (near the spices within any crucial grocery store). Shake that on.
Thats it, no marinades. Goes on the grill uncovered.
Grill over enlarge flame (Applebee's grills be terrifically hot, that help stamp it in) until desired warmth.
And I agree, if thats the best steak ever, you MUST win out more.

No offense, but Applebees have horrible steak. You gotta step guzzle out more, or increase your standards.
Even the steak at Olive Garden within their Alfredo is superior to anything at Applebees.
I've never tried Applebee's other needed to, but I own be to Longhorn Rest, NOW THAT'S steak done right.
