skip the measure cups, but save the measure spoons. Buy a go up and weigh your ingreidents. I usually maintain the spoons for spices.

You should probably use a ruler.

Depends on what considerate of food. If it is a dry form, resembling sugar or flour after use a measure cup to be precise for dry food, if it is a fluid use a measure cup to be exact for liquid (no they are not equal open-handed of measure cups), if it is meat consequently receive a scales that wheighs how cumbersome it is, i.e. 4 ounces or 16 ounces (which is one pound). If you're measure part/part..... use an familiar coffee cup (depending on how much you want).

If you're looking for 4 oz. of something-use a mount. If you are baking and the recipe call for 1 cup of flour-use a dry ingredient measure cup. If it is a teaspoon of something-use a measure spoon. If it call for a pinch of something-use your best judgement. Bon appetit!
