Unfortunately lonestar get their soup right out of a purse. I work at a steakhouse and we engineer our own soup, this is the recipe that we use. Good Luck! : )
Tortilla Avocado Soup
10 cups strong flavored chicken broth
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 sizeable onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning (traditional Mexican spice blend of garlic, onion, pepper, oregano, cumin and cayenne available from)
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies ( We use Rotel brand)
1 1/2 cups sliced carrot
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups diced, cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup white rice
12 corn tortillas, cut into 1" strips
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
3 avocados, peel and sliced at the later minute
1 hour 30 minutes 30 mins prep
Mix broth, garlic, onion, chili powder, adobo seasoning and can of diced tomatoes and chiles within generous soup pot.
Bring to boil, muffle grill and simmer 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
Add carrot, celery, chicken and rice and cook 30 minutes more, or until rice is tender.
In individual heat-proof bowls, place two tortillas cut into strips.
Ladle soup over the tortillas and sprinkle near 1/2 cup cheese.
Place lower than broiler until cheese melt.
Remove from oven, top beside 1/2 sliced avocado and serve without beating about the bush.

Not sure how it stacks up against Lonestar's edition, but this is an excelent recepie from Joan Lunden:
In a sizeable saucepan, saute:
1 chopped atmosphere onion (about 1 cup) and
2 minced garlic cloves (about 2 tsps) within
2 tbsps vegetable grease
over low warmness for 5 minutes until onion is softened.
Add one 4 ounce can green chiles -- chopped,
a 15-ounce can italian-style stewed tomatoes (chopped and near their own juice),
4 cups chicken broth,
1 tsp lemon pepper,
2 tsps worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp chili powder,
1 tsp ground cumin and
1/2 tsp hot sauce.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine 4 tbsp flour next to 1/2 cup hose and whisk into soup.
Bring the soup subsidise to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir surrounded by 1/3 cup non-fat sour cream, saline, and pepper to fancy.
You can also produce your own tortilla chips for garnishing, they are glib to brand name, low within margarine and tempting.
Cut 4 store-bought corn tortillas into 1/4 inch strips. Lay them on a baking sheet next to nonstick vegetable grease spray.
Bake surrounded by a 400 amount oven for 10 minutes or until they are delicately toasted and crispy.
Sprinkle delicately next to saline if desired. Garnish strips across the top of the finished soup next to fresh coriander
