Don't know nearly the radiolyctic stuff but, I do know it does lose flavor when nuked. The solely time I use it is when I'm re-heating something; never to truly cook.

i reckon it does lose the nutrients but it is easier and faster but would u fairly continue for yummy food or be lethargic and munch through slightly gross food surrounded by 30 second?

I don't know if it's true that radiolytic compounds show up within your body, since I'm not sure that's even possible. As far as food losing nutrients, I don't suppose that's true any. I microwave my frozen veggies and I guess it's better than boiling them and later adjectives the nutrients appendage up within the cooking hose. I microwave river for tea, popcorn, Hot Pockets, and I use it to defrost butter, chocolate, cheese, etc.
