Rosemary Dijon Chicken~
3 servings

3 chicken breasts
4TB olive grease
2TB dijon mustard
1 TB minced garlic
saline and pepper
9-12 sprigs rosemary

1. Dice chicken into 1-1 1/2 contained by cubes

3. Mix grease, mustard, and garlic, and rub on chicken, and marinate for an hour or more.

6TB basil vinegar
1/2 C beer (I used a belgian ale)

I'm partial to lightly-seasoned and baked.
But I once dated a chick who made this fantastic dish of chicken breast sauteed within olive grease, simmered within spinach and cream cheese.
Delicious - but I can't remember how she did it!

It depends on my veggies and I use different methods. Like: barbecue, fried, baked, boiled, cooked to formulate pies, and on sticks next to veggies. It depends on what you want!

When cooking chicken breasts, I any heat it or fry it (no batter). Orange Glazed Chicken

Easy but tasty

1 4-6 lb Roasting chicken, cleaned
1 small can frozen oj, thaw
1 voluminous red
2 med onions, peel and halve
1/2 stick thaw butter
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
brackish and pepper

In a small sauce jar thaw butter and append frozen oj and curry powder. Add a bit of the red zest from the unharmed ginger.
Place a cooking rack contained by a baking dish & cover near a hulking piece of foil. Place chicken on the foil. Salt and pepper the inside and outside of the chicken. Slice the red into station and place it, beside the sliced oinion, inside the chicken. Uses the Butter/Oj mix as a baste mixture. Brush on the chicken.
