Cookie Ice-Cream Cake
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup chocolate syrup, divided
1 quart chocolate ice-cream, softened
1 quart vanilla ice-cream, softened
44 chocolate chip cookies (chips ahoy works best)
Crumble up 25 cookies. Place them contained by a circular springform container. You don't own to hold a springform tub, but it works best. Pour the butter or margarine on top. Freeze for 15 minutes. Next, pour the chocolate syrup on the crust and draw from the rest of the cookies and trade name a border around the end. Freeze for 15 more minutes. Get the vanilla ice-cream, and place over the crust. Smooth it out. Freeze for 25 minutes. Make a stratum, and put the chocolate ice-cream over the vanilla ice-cream. Smooth it out. Freeze for 25 more minutes. Before serving, embezzle it out for 10 minutes to soften. Optional-Drizzle more chocolate syrup resting on the chocolate ice-cream for a fancier look.
