Chocoloate Cream cheese icing/frosting?

i was going to create a cake and it has chocolate cream cheese icing/frosting, have anyone tried this before? only just sounds weird chocolate cream cheese icing? is it nice or gross? I don`t know i should just use regular chocolate frosting?

Its tasty, I make it for cupcakes adjectives the time.
Heres my recipe:

1/4 cup butter, melted over low warmness.
1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi sweet) melted into butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder (for more intense chocolate flavor use up to 1/2 cup!)
1 box cream cheese, softened
3-6 cups powdered sugar

beat butter and melt chocolate chips into cream cheese, add cocoa powder. Beat for 2 full minutes on environment speed. Gradually add powdered sugar. Should entail at least 3 cups. Depending on the consistancy you would approaching, you can add up to 6 cups of powdered sugar.
Its lip-smacking!
I think its better - smoother and not as sweet beside a hint of chocolate

The regular cream sheese frosting is amazing!

I lately have have it last week, it match so so good beside my dark chocolate rum cake.

My recipe is

60 g unsalted butter melt
150g good trait bitter sweet chocolate
100g fresh cream
250g mascapone cheese
120g icing sugar (you may add more if you approaching it to be sweeter)

1) melt butter and bitter sweet chocolate surrounded by a bowl over steaming water (do not over warmth the chocolate) till smooth, melt partly of the icing sugar in the chocolate, remove and agree to cool a bit
2) beat mascapone cheese near half of the sugar till creamy, give fresh cream bit by bit in the cheese and slaughter till smooth.
3) Mix chocolate into the cheese mixture. toss to combine, put it into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
4) Bring the cheese mixture out and play the drums till the thickness you resembling and spread on your cake
