Should I use butter or margareine for choc chip cookie recipe? Some swear by butter, but others voice butter make them TOO soft?

Butter grant a better flavor; however, solid shortening will craft for a lighter cookie (if to be exact what you are going for). You can other use a 50/50 mixture of the two for a nice middle ground.
I other use margarine and my cookies other come out without a flaw chewy...Everyone loves them :)
I use margarine because,aside from have no cholesterol (the genus I use have no transfat either), they don't trade name the cookies piece approaching butter...I can other explain to when someone uses butter surrounded by their cookies because it's adjectives i can bite...yuck.

Yes i own made several cookies near my mother and immediately cause them for my husband and everyone i very soon loves my cookies and i use butter. I feel butter make them basically right soft and chewy and they only just unfreeze within your mouth ummmmmmmm presently i wont some lol
