Answers:
The best cut to use is called a Boston Butt, Definatly not tenderloin, not adequate fat and your meat will be dry as for the seasoning explicitly stricktly a matter of penchant. I prefer to leave mine plain put it on a smoker for just about 7-8 hours @ about 250. Then verbs it and cover it with your favorite sauce.
look for bubba stubb's marinades n sauces...they market em in my ralphs n other places. i love their sauces n marinades. for bbq my favorite cuts r boneless country pork ribs, regular pork ribs, or my bfs specailty (one of his oodles!) pork tenderloin. if u r a timid cook, just stick to the bottle to start. if u r a brave chef, mix a bunch of spices, seasoning blends etc, coat it n bast surrounded by a delicious blend of soy sauce, ur favorite bbq sauce, red juice, perchance some salsa for a kick...as far as cooking times n temperature, idk, we wait for it to look right, digit in compactness of the meat n how well done we want. i will recommend purely looking up a chart for times n temperatures. most cook books will enjoy a chart. find out about cooking methods, direct steam vs indirect etc, and how to get ur coals a short time ago right. bbq is great cuz it is part art segment science, part fun factor food. enjoy the rocess n simply do it a lot n u will ge the swing of it :)

Pesto Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1/3 cup Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup wet
1 diced tomato
1 Tbsp. chopped Kalamata olives
1 Tbsp. Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch strips*
2 beaten eggs
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
Vegetable grease
2 - 3 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Prepare Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix as directed on jar with olive grease and water; set aside. Combine tomato, olives and Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil; set aside. Pound pork strips flat between two sheets wax paper to 1/2-inch mass. Spread Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix on both sides of pork. Dip each strip into egg and afterwards breadcrumbs. Cover bottom of large skillet beside oil; fry over medium grill. Fry pork strips 3 minutes on each side or until browned and meat is done. Top respectively pork strip with a dollop of tomato mixture; sprinkle near feta cheese. Makes 4 servings.
*May use boneless chicken breasts.
